Called Watercolor-Blocked Makeup and watercolor makeup, the novelty is nothing more than a mixture of two styles of makeup: watercolor and contrast of shadows.
The idea is to make a mix of colors that can bring only a flashy tone that overlaps with the others to create a feeling of watercolor with the smoky of shadows.
